'Supernatural' Celebrates A Reunion As World Ends

PLUS: Get highlights from upcoming episodes of 'Vampire Diaries' from The CW

So how about a little party -- and maybe a reunion -- to celebrate your last night on Earth?

That's something the Winchester Brothers could be doing on "Supernatural" before the end of November sweeps. But will that including sending Lucifer back to hell?

The CW has released details of its November lineup to Rabid Doll, and be careful, there could be some minor spoilers ahead for both "Supernatural" and its hit series "The Vampire Diaries."

"Supernatural" returns Oct. 29 with "The Curious Case of Dean Winchester." In the episode, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) discover a witch (played by Hal Ozsan) who is running a high-stakes poker game. The only problem is that the stakes have nothing to do with money, but instead, years of life (hope no one is dying young at that table.

The following week is actually a little more fun for the Winchesters when Sam and Dean end up stuck in TV Hell in "Changing Channels." The Trickster, played by Richard Speight Jr., tosses the brothers into an alternate universe where they are characters in various television series including a sexy medical show (think "Grey's Anatomy"), a Japanese game show, a forensics show and a sitcom.

On Nov. 12, forget about Slimer. "The Real Ghostbusters" are the Winchesters when super-fan Becky, played by Emily Perkins, tricks Sam and Dean into attending a "Supernatural" fan convention, complete with fans dressed up as Sam and Dean. Sounds like a typical week for most people.

Finally, on Nov. 19, Sam and Dean join Castiel (Misha Collins) to track down the Colt and head off to find Lucifer in an attempt to send him back to hell in "Abandon All Hope." This is definitely a reunion show as Bobby (Jim Beaver), Ellen (Samantha Ferris) and Jo (Alona Tal) get together to make Hell a whole place again with its chief resident.

"The Vampire Diaries," The CW's highest-rated show, returns Oct. 29 with "Haunted." As Vicki's (Kayla Ewell) behavior becomes more dangerous, Stefan (Paul Wesley) tries to help her, and Elena (Nina Dobrev) tries to convince Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) to forget about Vicki.

Unaware of what's really happening, Matt (Zach Roerig) takes Vicki to the high school's haunted house, but the evening soon takes a terrifying turn. Wait, was that the teaser line for "Melrose Place"?

Then on Nov. 5, Stefan is surprised on his birthday by a visit from Lexi, played by "Gilmore Girls" alum Arielle Kebble, one of his oldest friends. Damon's offer to help Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre) has "sudden and tragic results."

On Nov. 12 for "History Repeating," a mysterious new history teacher Alaric Saltzman ("Legally Blonde's" Matt Davis) arrives at the school and Elena, Bonnie (Katerina Graham) and Carolina (Candice Accola) hold a seance. You know that won't go well, and it doesn't.

Damon (Ian Somerhalder), on the other hand, has had some secret reason why he returned to Mystic Falls, something he will share with Stefan that week.

Finally on Nov. 19, "The Turning Point" features Stefan and Damon discovering they have some competition to deal with while Elena makes a "devastating discovery."

"The Vampire Diaries" airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW, followed by "Supernatural" at 9.
