Magnet Releasing debuted a new clip and four retro posters for "The House of the Devil," the latest horror film from director Ti West ("The Roost," "Cabin Fever 2").

The film is available to home viewers as a video-on-demand title through Magnolia Pictures and Magnet Releasing's Ultra VOD program. A limited theatrical release is set for Oct. 30.

Set in the 1980s and embracing the satanic mayhem from films of that era, "The House Of The Devil" stars Jocelin Donahue as a babysitter who is lured to a remote mansion. Before long she is trapped, and her employers -- Tom Noonan ("Manhunter") and Mary Woronov ("Rock And Roll High School") -- reveal their sinister plan.
