Last summer's NBC horror series "Fear Itself" will arrive on DVD Sept. 15 from Lionsgate Home Entertainment.

The four-disc set will include all 13 episodes, including five that never made it to broadcast.

Packaged in a special skeleton-tombstone case, it will contain:

Each episode will be accompanied by a featurette with cast/director interviews and behind-the-scenes footage. Four will feature directors cuts. The set will sell for $29.98.
