The trailer for "Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead" premiered at the Fangoria Weekend of Horrors in Los Angeles last weekend.

It's scheduled for an unrated DVD release in October from 20th Century Fox.

Directed by Declan O'Brien, the fright flick places a pact of West Virginia mutant cannibals against escaped prisoners. Caught in the middle are Fonda and her friends, whose quest for an outdoor vacation collapses into a terrifying struggle for survival as the killer mutant Three Finger continues his bloody rampage.

"Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead" stars Janet Montgomery, Tamer Hassan, Tom McKay, Tom Frederic and Borislav Illiev.
