According to Zap2it, Cassidy, the daughter of singer David Cassidy, has been cited for underage drinking and lying to police offers. The incident originally took place on Oct. 30, however it has taken until now for the event to become public. The police report indicates that Cassidy was a passenger of a truck that was pulled over due to having an unreadable license plate. While pulling over, the driver hit a parked car although he had not been drinking. Officers said that Cassidy was showing the classic signs of intoxication including slurred speech. During questioning, Cassidy provided a false identity and claimed to be 23. The police officers continued to question the actress who eventually confirmed she was only 20 and provided her real name. "She said that she was scared and that was why she lied," the report says. "She said that she is a Hollywood actress and that this would not look good for her." “Supernatural” airs on Thursday nights at 9/8c on the CW.
