Looks like MTV are doing the time warp again with a whole new version of the infamous "Rocky Horror Picture Show." Variety is reporting that Fox Television Studios is partnering with BermanBraun and original executive producer Lou Adler to develop a new film for MTV. Not only that, the UK sky television channel Sky Movies is interested in co-funding the project. Apparently the remake will make use of by Jim Sharman and Richard O'Brien's original screenplay and will also be introducing new music that wasn't part of the original. "I'd like to see it shown a year from this coming Halloween, but that's up to MTV," Adler said. "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" has developed a large cult following since its original launch and has been adapted into several stage shows with midnight screenings still happening in theaters.
