It looks like the "Planet Terror" duo will be back again, this time with Rose McGowan in chains. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that director Robert Rodriguez is currently shopping his violent new television series "Women In Chains" to various networks (including NBC and FX) and McGowan is lined up to take the starring role. Should the project go ahead, McGowan will play one of five "chained women" on the show and Rodriguez will be directing.  "Women In Chains" is expected to revolve around the idea of 1970s exploitation and feature several key trademarks like mud wrestling and a lot of violence that you wouldn't normally see on a television series. This will be one of possibly three female prison based shows currently in the works after HBO have agreed to develop an Americanized version of the hit UK series "Bad Girls" and Fox are looking at a spin-off series to the popular hard hitting drama "Prison Break." Rodriguez and McGowan are also working on re-working the classic movie "Barbarella" and are in the process of finding a home for the project.
