'Blade' Director Helms 'The Lost Patrol'
Supernatural thriller set during World War II
"Blade" director Stephen Norrington will write and direct "The Lost Patrol" for Legendary Pictures.
Set during World War II, the supernatural thriller attracted Norrington by hitting all of his "geek-buttons" and containing "hardware, heroes, grime, insane monsters."
Legendary Picture's Alex Garcia and Dennis Bakriges are overseeing "The Lost Patrol," with Rick Porras and Steven Boyd producing. Matt Cirulnick ("South Beach") did a previous rewrite.
Norrington ("The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen") is also currently developing a reboot of "The Crow."
